EAR SEEDING
A seed from the vaccaria plant is affixed to specific points on the ear to help with ailments. The seeds stimulate the points by exerting mild constant pressure. Also known as auricular taping.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
A gentle but powerful modality that originated in India. Head massage is an integral part of daily life in India for good health. Includes work on the head, face, neck, shoulders, & upper arms. Traditionally given sitting in a chair.

Just like other types of bodywork, reflexology is cumulative. Results are best seen with consecutive sessions.
Unfortunately, I CANNOT work on people who have blood clots.
Please specify which modalities you want for your combo session in the "About your appointment" section when booking an appointment.

Consultation will be included with all first appointments. Please allow an extra 15 minutes for paperwork and consultation.
​
If you don't know what to start with, 60 minutes on the feet is recommended.
